Fitness with Mandy is a company based in Redditch, helping local mums get fit and healthy, whilst having the best fun. 

We work by training mums on a one to one basis, in a small group, or larger group classes. Working in and around Redditch, Bromsgrove and Studley, we provide fun workouts to achieve results without you even realising you’re working out!

I’m a mum of 3 and have been a Personal Trainer for nearly 15 years!  Having worked in the conventional gym’s system I felt very intimidated by the competitiveness of some gym goers, even being there as an employee.

But when I worked in ladies-only-gyms, I found that all the girls were so supportive of each other, helping one another achieve their goals and congratulating each other when they do. This was when I knew that this is what I wanted to do most – work with women to help empower them to reach their goals.

I want to be there for women that don’t feel comfortable going to a gym, I want to help mums achieve their health and fitness goals. Show them how to feel comfortable in their beautiful Mummy bodies, without the fear

Classes

Classes are a great way of exercising, you have loads of fun, meet new people, make great friendships, and what’s more, you don’t realise that you are working out. 

I provide classes for all levels of fitness and will adapt in class to suit individual needs, so you will always work to your ability, and get the best.

One to one PT is a fantastic way of achieving your goals, I tailor every session to meet the needs of the individual, give nutritional advice and plan long term and short term goals.

Your journey will start with a free consultation to find out what you are hoping to achieve, and by when. From there I will plan each session to keep you on track, I will keep you motivated and track your progress.

I can also create nutrition guides and meal plans to assist you in achieving your goals. Keeping your eating habits healthy and creating sustainable, long term results.
