Individual Personal Training
There is something for everyone. No matter what time you have (or don’t have), the fitness level you feel you’re at, or the budget you want to spend to reach your goals – we are able to provide a tailored plan, just for you.
Saturday – Tardebigge Community Hall, Tardebigge – 9-10am
A high energy dance fitness workout, using Latin American rhythms to burn calories whilst having so much fun.
Nutrition is such an important part of your healthy lifestyle, I am able to talk you through what would help with your goals or write a personalised meal plan to compliment your training plan.
If you’d like me to write you a meal plan I’ll ask you to fill in a food diary, to see what your usual habits are and get an idea of the foods you like, then go from there.
Personal training Plan
I tailor each persons training plan to suit their needs and goals. I work with them every step of the way to keep them motivated and on track and make sure to keep the workouts fun and exciting!
With a personalised plan comes a personalised package, an example of different packages are shown below, but each package is planned to each individual need so get in touch for your free consultation.
